As a Senior Winkelmedewerker at Coolblue in Hasselt, you will advise customers on the best products, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they leave the store satisfied.

Your responsibilities include:

- Advising customers using your specialised product knowledge and asking the right questions

- Offering suitable solutions so every customer leaves with a smile

- Contributing to improving in-store processes and customer experiences

- Being the point of contact for colleagues on the shop floor for problems and complex customer queries

- Coaching and guiding colleagues to improve their work

- Helping new colleagues settle in and feel welcome
