## Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Fiscal/Accounting Support specialist, providing functional support to our clients using the Domain system. As a key player in our organisation, you will ensure an excellent customer experience and contribute to the continuous evolution of our solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide functional support to clients using the Domain system's Fiscal Writing and Accounting modules via phone

- Ensure clarity, objectivity, and precision in information provided to clients

- Focus on efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction

- Understand the client's journey and direct them according to their needs

- Intermediates requests for improvements and corrections with the Product teams

- Promote and practice Thomson Reuters values and behaviours

- Stay up-to-date on offered solutions and current legislation

**Required Qualifications:**

- Reside in São Paulo (capital) with availability for hybrid work model

- Completed or ongoing studies in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related areas (candidates without a degree are also welcome)

- Ability to work with goals and focus on results

- Adaptability to structured processes and routines

- Good communication, empathy, and teamwork skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in Fiscal and/or Accounting areas

- Knowledge of Domain Solution
