Cherrywood House in Weston-super-Mare is seeking Support Workers to join their team.

The home provides residential support to 11 adults on the autism spectrum or with a learning disability, set in its own woodland grounds.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team providing personalised support using proven therapies to help individuals live independently and build a healthier future.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting qualified staff with individual patient care plans

- Undertaking routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents
