## Description

Flexport, a technology-driven freight forwarding company, is expanding its presence in Thailand and seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the charge. As a key member of the team, you will drive new business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and showcase Flexport's capabilities in the market.

## Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and close high-potential clients to drive new business growth for Flexport Thailand

- Manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and close

- Collaborate with prospective clients to understand their supply chain needs and develop tailored solutions

- Present Flexport's capabilities through virtual and in-person meetings and presentations

- Consistently exceed personal new business sales targets through strategic planning and discipline

- Ensure a smooth handover to onboarding, working with internal teams to set new clients up for success

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and gather feedback to align offerings with evolving client needs

- Represent Flexport's value proposition in the market, identifying growth opportunities beyond your immediate remit

- Contribute to a high-growth team, sharing knowledge and filling gaps outside your core role

## Requirements

- At least 5-8 years of experience in business development within the freight forwarding or logistics domain

- Proven sales experience with a track record of generating and closing new business

- Established customer pipeline and network, preferably with an Intra-Asia focus

- Proficiency in Thai and English

- Ability to adapt to AI-powered tools and internal platforms

- Strong work ethic, fast learning ability, and drive to grow into a top-performing sales leader
