## Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects with minimal guidance, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, to customer satisfaction.

Provide comprehensive data management expertise to the Data Management team to deliver high-quality data management products that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Gathering study setup requirements through stakeholder discussions

- Supporting validation of new device integrations with minimal guidance

- Overseeing regular data cleaning activities to ensure clean data and timely deliverables

- Ensuring deliverables meet expected quality standards and customer expectations

- Managing project timelines, identifying risks, and taking corrective action

- Leading internal study meetings, audits, and sponsor meetings

- Working closely with the programming team for process innovation and automation

- Complying with training and eSOP reading requirements

- Providing expert opinion in developing and maintaining core operating procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field

- 3-4 years of direct data management experience, including at least 1 year as a CDM project lead

- English fluency (spoken and advanced)

- Advanced computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)

- Advanced understanding of drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process
