## Description

A Senior Technical Analyst provides technical assistance across various service lines and locations. The Analyst will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth operation of end-user systems. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are crucial in this customer-facing role.

**Responsibilities:**

- Proactively identify and resolve problems, including root cause analysis

- Contribute to and maintain policies, procedures, and operational documents

- Lead or participate in IT projects and initiatives

- Drive process improvements, automation, and service optimization

- Provide technical support and guidance to all enterprise users

- Manage service requests and incidents through ticket systems

- Escalate conflicts and issues appropriately

- Ensure work aligns with agreed service levels and department guidelines

- Continuously improve service and performance

- Collaborate with Global TI towers and vendors

- Provide on-site and remote support

**Requirements:**

- Trade Floor experience and knowledge of Front Office Technologies

- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Windows-based desktop/laptop/virtual applications

- Strong understanding of ITIL

- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation

- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in pressured environments
