## Description

We are seeking a Field Sales Activator (Merchandiser) to join our team in Gelsenkirchen, Oberhausen, and Dortmund.

As a Field Sales Activator, you will be responsible for presenting the Red Bull brand at its best, ensuring that our products are well-stocked and displayed at all points of sale. You will work closely with our national key account partners to implement and execute agreed-upon plans.

Your main tasks will include:

- Ensuring that stores are adequately stocked with our products and that distribution is secured at all points of sale

- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as acquiring new ones to expand our distribution

- Collaborating with our Field Sales Managers on promotional activities and advertising agreements to drive sales

Requirements:

- Completed education/training

- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)

- Basic knowledge of commercial topics

- Experience in the German FMCG landscape is beneficial but not required

- Valid driver's license (Class B)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to travel 90-100%
