Join our team as an Internal Travel Team - Physical Therapist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality physical therapy programs to clients/patients/residents across various settings. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions to help individuals recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning, organising, and delivering physical therapy programs tailored to individual needs

- Conducting examinations, evaluations, and interventions to assess and address physical impairments

- Utilising tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions safely and effectively

- Documenting client information for evaluation, establishing therapeutic plans, and modifying them as necessary

- Educating clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to be continued at home
