## Description

We are seeking an In-Store Display Assistant to join our creative team in Bournemouth. As an In-Store Display Assistant, you will play a key part in bringing our retail environment to life. You will assist in setting up, styling, and maintaining displays that capture customer attention, showcase our product ranges effectively, and support overall sales performance.

The role involves building outfits, dressing mannequins, and curating visual merchandising features across the store to display our collections at their best. You will respond proactively to seasonal trends, customer demand, and stock changes, updating setups promptly when lines sell out to maximise sales. You will partner with store colleagues, management, and the regional visual merchandising team to align on fixture layouts, floor positioning, and stock presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building outfits and dressing mannequins

- Updating displays in response to seasonal trends and stock changes

- Collaborating with store colleagues and management

- Supporting the regional display team during major seasonal window transitions and campaign launches

- Positioning promotional graphics and signage

- Maintaining displays to ensure they are clean and well-organised

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- An active interest in fashion trends and a background or keen interest in creative styling or design

- A clear understanding of the customer profile and an eye for presenting outfits that resonate with our shoppers

- Previous experience within retail, visual merchandising, or a related creative discipline

- Strong organisation and time-management skills

- A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills

- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and work occasional evenings, weekends, or overnight setups

- The physical capability to lift, move, and adjust display fixtures, mannequins, and merchandising materials safely
