## Description

AppsFlyer's Finance Team is looking for an experienced Salary Controller to join the payroll team and lead end-to-end payroll operations for a large, global workforce.

The role is focused on Israeli payroll today, with room to grow into global payroll responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities:

- Own and analyze end-to-end payroll processes for 700+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Maintain and validate payroll master data across the employee lifecycle.

- Manage complex payroll cases.

- Lead payroll activities for month-end/quarter-end close.

- Partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors/consultants.

- Support internal/external audits.

- Drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- 3 years of hands-on payroll experience from a large-scale global company.

- Proven end-to-end payroll expertise.

- Solid understanding of payroll regulations and statutory reporting.

- Ability to manage high volume, tight deadlines, and frequent changes with high accuracy.

- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Strong curiosity for technology and automation.

- Fluent English.

- Hands-on experience with Hilan systems.

- Experience with global payroll systems.

- Experience with NetSuite and HRIS platforms.

- Hands-on experience applying AI or automation tools.
