As a Marketing Specialist, you will provide support to the organisation in recruiting participants for clinical studies using effective and creative marketing techniques. You will establish and maintain statistics to help the organisation understand the market, demographics, and advertising effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop effective patient recruitment strategies for each project

- Create and manage digital and traditional content for patient recruitment activities

- Optimise website content for search engine ranking

- Develop, manage, and maximise social media campaigns to increase company visibility

- Define performance indicators for communication actions and campaigns; measure, present, and analyse results; and suggest improvements

- Collaborate on managing the advertising budget and optimise its use

- Update project information on our participant website

- Manage external vendor communications

- Execute activities in compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Excellent written French and English skills (essential); Spanish an asset

- Experience developing advertising campaigns on various digital platforms

- Good knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics

- Previous experience as a community manager
