## Description

As a Senior Project Manager at Capital One, you will lead critical and strategic business projects, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver results that directly impact the company's bottom line.

**General Responsibilities:**

- Work on medium to large-scale complex, cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the company

- Drive cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines, and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or escalate as needed; manage complex up and downstream project impacts

- Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans to ensure delivery

- Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation

- Conduct regular meetings with project teams; document progress and report to stakeholders on project status

- Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

- Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

- Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes

**Hotel Operations Responsibilities:**

- Provide operational support for luxury travel programs

- Work with internal and external partners to scale and execute well-managed aspects of the luxury travel programs

- Look for opportunities to strengthen, automate, and improve well-managed activities

- Plan and schedule timelines for onboarding and post-onboarding initiatives for luxury travel partners

- Manage hotelier portal for luxury travel program

- Maintain communication with internal and external partners to manage the customer experience journey for luxury travel partners

- Define SLAs and performance standards for luxury travel partners and drive efforts to implement and track commitments

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 3 years of project management experience

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Strong problem-solving and influencing skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Master's/MBA degree

- At least 5 years of project management experience

- At least 1 year of people management experience

- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification

**Salary Information:**

- McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 per year

- New York, NY: $105,300 - $120,100 per year
