As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will develop expertise in both engineering and non-engineering roles to support the hiring needs of US managers. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving intake meetings, defining recruitment strategies, and facilitating interview processes. You will ensure standardization and consistency of recruitment processes using Avature ATS and other applicant tracking systems. You will provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience with timely, transparent communication and support throughout the hiring journey. You will utilize talent acquisition systems and tools to manage and track candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and maintain data accuracy in real time. You will leverage data analytics and metrics to drive decisions, continuously improving recruitment outcomes and processes.
