## Description

As an Account Sales Manager for Red Bull, you'll build meaningful relationships with customers and drive sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing products and relationships with customer contacts for the sale of Red Bull products at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts

- Determining current and ongoing product needs at accounts and looking for ways to increase sales

- Ensuring all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order

- Performing outside sales functions

- Evaluating competitors' activities, such as new launches and price reductions

- Meeting monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup, and other merchandising components

- Building and protecting the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product while setting proper brand flow following Red Bull standards

- Increasing inventory and diversity of products at each RBDC assigned account and improving in-store branding while delivering fresh product

- Working collaboratively across the organisation and sharing best practices

- Being a major contributor/leader among your peer group

- Maintaining relationships with customer contacts at each RBDC assigned account

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A valid US driver's license and a DOT medical card

- To be at least 21 years old

- Experience in sales, account management, and DSD (Direct Store Delivery)

- The ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
