## Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain multilingual talent pipelines and support full-cycle recruiting activities. This role combines strategic sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent community development, workforce intelligence, and recruiting operations to deliver qualified talent at speed and scale.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, language verification, candidate engagement, and offer support.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels and communities.

- Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities to support current and future hiring demand.

- Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to identify sourcing opportunities and risks.

- Support recruitment marketing, referral programs, and employer branding initiatives.

- Partner with universities, community organizations, associations, and career services.

- Track sourcing funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve candidate conversion and pipeline health.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure consistent, compliant recruiting practices.

**Required Qualifications**

- Experience in recruiting and sourcing; full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.

- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

- Experience building pipelines through proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Experience with recruiting technologies and reporting tools.

- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and improve sourcing effectiveness.

- Remote – Philippines
