## Description

We’re looking for a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Mid-Market team in Amsterdam.

This role is critical to maintaining sales continuity, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the business. The Agile Client Account Executive is a flexible, high-impact role that rotates across teams and assignments based on business-critical needs, including leave coverage and other priority gaps. This position offers broad exposure across Reddit Sales EMEA, creating a strong foundation for accelerated learning, development, and career growth.

## Key responsibilities

- Provide seamless sales support to ensure continuity and effectiveness in coverage, particularly during periods of leave or transition

- Manage and grow revenue from an assigned book of business, working with both agencies and direct advertisers

- Own a quarterly revenue quota and consistently deliver against targets

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals

- Partner closely with Account Managers to build long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships

- Operate as the owner of your book of business, taking full responsibility for strategic prioritization, forecasting, and operational rigor

- Lead client meetings end-to-end, from agenda setting through final presentation, with clear expectations, defined outcomes, and actionable next steps

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client communications, including platform updates, product releases, and growth opportunities

- Provide proactive, strategic, and consultative guidance that strengthens client performance and deepens partnerships

- Support agency development programs through education sessions, workshops, and other initiatives that increase understanding of Reddit’s value proposition and advertising solutions

## Required qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 5+ years of sales experience, with strong preference for experience in digital media or advertising

- Fluent English required; German or French is a plus

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Strong understanding of agency dynamics and experience managing agency relationships

- Ability to win new business and grow existing client partnerships

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools

- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and emerging industry trends

- Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or client education programs

- Strong network within the agency landscape is a plus
