## Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at Panerai. As a front-line representative of the brand, you will be responsible for managing the customer's experience and selling products. Your goal will be to maximize sales by achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the boutique's overall targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

- Identify customers' needs and suggest merchandise to meet those needs

- Promote and sell products, including watches and jewelry

- Maintain the boutique's appearance and ensure that products are displayed according to specifications

- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality

- Sales background in watches and jewelry is a plus

- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

- Cheerful, self-motivated, and professional with a positive attitude

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Customer and sales-oriented with a professional presentation
