## Description

At AIA, we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

As part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you'll play a vital part in advancing this movement. You'll motivate agents to sell CS business, including EB and IVS, to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Responsibilities:**

- Communicate and build relationships with agents to support and push CS business

- Work closely with the IVS team to convert EB business to IVS

- Develop business with agents through effective communication and relationship-building

- Stay up-to-date on market developments and deliver key initiatives to agents

- Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers

- Monitor sales performances of assigned agents to ensure strategic targets are met

- Provide coaching and training to support staff

- Perform other duties and projects as assigned

**Requirements:**

- University graduate with minimum 8 years of sales experience in group insurance, including 5 years in supervisory/managerial positions

- IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) license preferred

- Good product knowledge, communication skills, and command of English and Chinese

- Fluent in Putonghua

- Tactful interpersonal relationship, good presentation, and team-building skills

- Self-motivated and customer-oriented
