## Description

We are seeking a Faulty Returns Operative to join our Distribution team at the E3 Warehouse in South Elmsall. As a Faulty Returns Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that returned items are inspected, processed, and handled efficiently.

The role involves:

- Conducting thorough quality checks on stock to ensure it is fit for purpose and accurately recorded

- Processing damaged, used, and faulty products with a focus on recovery

- Identifying and logging fraudulent items, and escalating them to the fraud team for investigation

- Ensuring careful handling and inspection of products, and repackaging as needed

- Communicating any issues with product care, handling, or packaging to the site team

- Conducting audits to identify areas for improvement in processes and product care

- Maintaining accurate records and paperwork

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- The ability to make objective decisions based on facts

- High attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work as part of a team or independently

- Proficiency in Google Suite

- Flexibility with working hours and willingness to work additional hours

The pay for this role is £13.50 per hour. The shift pattern is: Week 1: Sunday - Tuesday 0600-1800 Week 2: Sunday - Wednesday 06:00 - 18:00
