## Description

We're looking for a Barista Market Developer to join our team in Barcelona. As a Barista Market Developer, you will be instrumental in establishing Oatly Barista Edition as the leading dairy-free alternative in Levante and Balears.

Your primary responsibilities will include leveraging your in-depth knowledge of coffee shops in the area to cultivate strong relationships, drive brand awareness, and promote trial experiences for Oatly. You'll also advocate for Oatly, embodying our brand values with enthusiasm and comprehensive product knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you'll need solid experience within the specialty coffee industry with demonstrable commercial experience. You'll also need a deep understanding of the coffee landscape across Levante and Balears with strong awareness of emerging trends and market dynamics.

As a Barista Market Developer, you'll be responsible for executing the already existent development strategy for Oatly Barista Edition within the city scene, injecting your personal insights and creativity. You'll also cultivate robust relationships within Levante and Balears' diverse coffee community, encompassing baristas, café owners, and other relevant stakeholders.
