## Description

We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Referendare (m/w/d) in Banking & Finance at our Frankfurt office, starting January 2027.

As a Referendar, you will work on complex national and cross-border financing transactions, including large-scale credit financing, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and project finance. You will be part of an international team of experienced lawyers and will have the opportunity to work on exciting mandates from initial structuring to successful completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working on large-volume and diverse credit financing transactions

- Handling credit collateral in national and international contexts

- Conducting legal research and preparing contract drafts
