## Description

We are seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Cluj-Napoca. As a key player in driving commercial success, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of Sales Representatives, and ensuring excellence in execution and customer engagement.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute Field Sales Business plans for the assigned territory

- Manage Field Sales Team's KPIs and Field Sales Agency's KPIs (if relevant)

- Ensure achievement of defined KPI targets, such as store coverage, distribution, and promotional execution

- Define the relevant universe that should be covered by the Field Sales Team

- Enable the team to develop the store universe through active selling and implementation of the Perfect Store Concept

- Ensure correct input of audit data by the team and use audit reports to develop the Field Team

- Train and develop the team through the global Field Sales Training Curriculum

- Coach the team in the field with joint store visits

- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Trade Marketing, KAM, and DP

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in the FMCG sector, including leadership of people

- Valid driving license

- Leadership, motivation, and team skills

- Clear understanding of market sales and distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in FMCG context

- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with Field Sales tools

- High negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Management reporting and budget control

- Strong presentation skills

**Travel:** 70-80%
