## Description

Join Calvin Klein as a Merchandising Manager for Calvin Klein Jeans Men in the Asia Pacific region. You will be responsible for developing and managing product strategies, business processes, and merchandising organisations to drive sustainable growth.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement merchandise plans for the Asia Pacific region, analysing trends, sales data, and customer feedback

- Collaborate with global design teams to identify gaps in the product line and recommend improvements

- Review seasonal assortments and ensure they meet company targets

- Monitor budgets, inventory levels, and sales performance across markets

- Provide product knowledge support to retail operations to drive sales and service

- Lead and communicate with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, wholesale partners, and stakeholders

- Drive continuous improvement of merchandising systems and processes

- Build and manage a high-performing team of merchandisers

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 10 years of merchandising experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the retail industry

- Previous experience in apparel is an advantage

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Solid understanding of retail buying and product creation processes

- Strong commercial sense and knowledge of consumer and fashion trends

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and interface with global design and supply chain teams

- High-level English required

- Ability to travel at least 30% of the time
