## Description

We're looking for an experienced MRF Supervisor to join our team in Rotherham. As an MRF Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), ensuring a safe and clean working environment, and leading a team of Refinement Operatives and Maintenance Support Operatives.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure a high level of health and safety is maintained by reporting any issues or incorrect procedures to the management team.
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of the MRF, including monitoring and providing light maintenance of equipment.
* Lead and mentor Refinement Operatives and MSOs to drive performance and meet KPIs.
* Report daily to the MBT supervisors and management team on the performance of the plant.
* Attend CI meetings and take away actions.
* Carry out any other reasonable job-related tasks that the company may require.

Essential criteria:

* Good understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance.
* Good people/customer service skills and ability to communicate at all levels throughout the company and externally.
* Operation of plant equipment.
* Ability to drive performance and meet KPIs.
* Computer literate.
* Previous experience in leading a team.
* Knowledge of controlling a rota.
* Willingness to manage and lead projects within the team.
