## Description

The Director of Catering (S) is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the catering sales efforts of a Marriott property in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction, and financial performance of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the catering sales team and developing sales strategies

- Building relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

- Implementing the brand's service strategy and applicable brand initiatives

- Providing day-to-day leadership to the catering sales team

- Partnering with Event Management and hotel operations to sell products and services

- Verifying a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in sales and marketing

- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in sales and marketing

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
