## Description

We are seeking a Team Manager - QPE - Final to join our Manufacturing team. As a leader focused on quality and process engineering, you will help support the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for.

In this role, you will establish and maintain operational standards while monitoring adherence to manufacturing operating systems. You will also facilitate the Results Process using standardized tools and methods, and support and resolve team-escalated issues through coaching and abnormality resolution.

You will validate permanent corrective actions and drive continuous improvement to prevent systemic recurrence, allocate resources to maintain production flow and ensure standards are met, and plan and monitor maintenance tasks while driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Establishing and maintaining operational standards while monitoring adherence to manufacturing operating systems

- Facilitating the Results Process using standardized tools and methods

- Supporting and resolving team-escalated issues through coaching and abnormality resolution

- Validating permanent corrective actions and driving continuous improvement to prevent systemic recurrence

- Allocating resources to maintain production flow and ensure standards are met

- Planning and monitoring maintenance tasks while driving process improvements

Requirements include:

- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience OR 8+ years of directly relevant industry experience

- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as required

- Fundamental knowledge of quality and process engineering

Preferred qualifications include:

- Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related)

- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and constraint management principles

- Direct experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, specifically with presses

- Proven experience managing a unionized workforce
