## Description

We are seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join our Banking & Premium Products Chief of Staff team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality design graphics that help tell the B&PP story. This involves partnering with key stakeholders to uncover compelling story ideas, using creative judgement to consult on effective ways to bring those stories to life, and managing the end-to-end graphic design process for digital and print assets.

Responsibilities:

**Creative Strategy & Consulting**

- Partner with communications and business stakeholders to understand objectives, audience needs, and creative opportunities

- Consult on the right creative approach for each request, using judgement to recommend, reshape, or challenge solutions

- Develop and present creative concepts to communications and business stakeholders

**Multimedia Production & Execution**

- Lead end-to-end creative design and delivery of high-visibility visual content

- Manage external creative and production partners

**Measurement & Continuous Improvement**

- Analyze multimedia performance metrics, audience behaviours, and feedback

- Synthesize data and insights into clear recommendations and visualizations

- Establish and evolve meaningful measures of success for multimedia content

**Creative Leadership & Business Acumen**

- Ensure multimedia and visual assets meet a high bar for quality, accessibility, brand consistency, and effectiveness

- Develop a deep understanding of the Banking & Premium Products business strategy, leaders, and communications priorities

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation

- At least 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

- At least 2 years of experience with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience developing visual concepts, branding assets, presentation designs, and marketing collateral

- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and visual storytelling work

- Experience in motion graphics, animation, or light video editing
