## Description

We are seeking an experienced Uppdragsansvarig/ Teknikansvarig Bro och Anläggning to join our team in Karlstad, Sweden.

As Uppdragsansvarig/ Teknikansvarig within bridge construction, you will primarily lead our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing project teams

- Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders

- Conducting investigations, inspections, calculations, and project planning

- Developing and maintaining client relationships

- Participating in marketing activities and customer contacts

Requirements:

- Civil or high school engineering degree in construction or civil engineering, with a focus on bridge construction being a merit

- At least 8 years of experience as a consultant, client, or contractor

- Understanding of Trafikverket's processes within bridge/road/railway and municipal planning processes is a merit

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

- Knowledge of additional languages, such as Polish, is a merit
