## Description

As a Camera Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that systems are tested to stringent standards, consistently shipping high-quality products to customers.

You will think creatively to solve difficult testing problems and continuously improve automation methods, throughput, user interfaces, and data analytics.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining ownership of test activities in production and ensuring production test flow

- Providing hands-on troubleshooting efforts and resolving complex infrared systems issues

- Maintaining test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream

- Generating test work instructions and training technicians

- Developing software for test automation, data analytics, and report generation

- Determining root causes of product failures and recommending corrective actions

- Collaborating with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams

- Analyzing test data and providing detailed reports

- Optimizing test strategies for efficiency and effectiveness

- Maintaining and calibrating test equipment

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields

- 3+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment

- Experience with data acquisition and processing with MATLAB, Python, and other programming languages

- Experience with test automation and report generation

- Strong root cause analysis skills

- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Experience working on projects involving electrical, opto-mechanical, and software/firmware systems

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
