## Description

We're seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in Phoenix to join our high-performing team, focusing on building Flexport's brand and solving customer problems with tech-enabled supply chain and fulfillment solutions.

## Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a healthy book of business by closing net-new customers and cross-selling/upselling existing ones to meet Flexport's revenue goals

- Uncover and connect with ideal clients through self-prospecting and collaboration with the SDR team

- Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs and create value-add solutions demonstrating Flexport's capabilities

- Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Meetings with existing clients to help them plan for upcoming business

- Navigate and sell Flexport's suite of products across the supply chain/shipment lifecycle

- Work closely with internal teams to drive a best-in-class customer experience and lead the customer onboarding process

## Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries

- At least 2 years' experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role

- A focus on client happiness, with a competitive and creative drive to win customers

- Demonstrated ability to run a structured sales process and build long-term commercial relationships

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Ability to learn quickly, with a strong work ethic and desire to grow into a top sales executive
