## Description

Okta is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead, grow, and support the product design team, ensuring high-quality user experiences for Workforce Identity Cloud customers.

As a Product Design Manager, you will:

- Lead user experience strategy and execution for projects across Okta Research & Development (ORD)

- Help define and drive practice and process across the global design practice

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize UX in a complex problem space

- Lead, grow, and motivate a high-performing design team

- Establish and maintain a climate for design excellence and collaboration

- Increase Okta's UX maturity by shaping team-wide practices, processes, and career development

Requirements:

- Degree in a related field or relevant work experience as a UX designer/manager

- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or similar design tools

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript

- Portfolio showcasing complex technical projects and design management experience

We offer:

- Annual base salary range: $146,000-$201,000 CAD
