## Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Custody Operations team in Indonesia. As a Custody Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving the planning and day-to-day management of operations to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the Settlement, Cash, and FX team for Custody Operations in Indonesia

- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and internal operating procedures

- Drive improvement initiatives and transformation in operations processes

- Identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities

- Support bank strategy and manage areas of risk

- Provide clear directions and solutions in managing daily operations

- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements:**

- 8+ years of experience in a financial services organization, preferably in a tier 1 corporate bank environment with experience in Custody Operations

- Strong understanding of Indonesia regulatory reporting requirements

- 5+ years of leadership experience with strong leadership skills

- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple teams

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage complexity and ambiguity

- Knowledge of automation toolkit and Robotic Process Automation is a plus

- Working knowledge of human-centered design/design thinking

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity
