## Description

We are seeking a Cluster Marketing Communications Executive to join our team at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa.

As a Cluster Marketing Communications Executive, you will support the development and management of the resort's annual Marketing Communications budget, ensuring alignment with the approved marketing plan and the establishment of measurable action plans and performance indicators.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

- Advertising, Public Relations, Partnerships and Brand Website: Support the development and management of the resort's annual Marketing Communications budget, assist in developing and executing proactive advertising and communications plans, draft press releases, media pitches, fact sheets and other public relations materials, coordinate media, influencer and social media stay requests, maintain accurate and up-to-date media, influencer and business partner databases, monitor and track the resort's publicity, and support the development of sponsorships and strategic partnerships.

- Social Media Management: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies, content calendars and marketing campaigns, create engaging content, identify and engage suitable influencers, monitor social media channels, and use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate monthly performance.

- Marketing Collateral, Photography, Videography and Visual Content Management: Assist in the development and production of marketing collateral, capture high-quality photography and videography content, conceptualise, plan, storyboard, shoot and edit short-form and long-form video content, and maintain an organised and current digital asset library.

**Technical Skills**

- Photography: Proficiency in operating professional camera systems, strong knowledge of composition, lighting, colour, visual storytelling and post-production editing, and demonstrated experience in photographing luxury hospitality environments.

- Videography: Demonstrated experience in shooting and editing video content, proficiency in mobile content creation tools and workflows, advanced video-editing capabilities, and working knowledge of audio recording, lighting, framing, transitions, colour grading, subtitles and motion graphics.

**Administration and Reporting**

- Raise and process Purchase Requests, Complimentary Accommodation Forms, Contract Approval Forms and other relevant administrative documents, obtain quotations, liaise with Procurement, Finance, operational departments and external vendors, monitor marketing expenses and commitments, compile monthly publicity reports, and maintain accurate records.
