## Description

We're looking to hire a new Talent Sourcer in Tokyo to build top-of-funnel talent pipelines and shape talent strategy across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.

In this role, you'll partner with regional leadership to fill critical GTM roles like Solutions Consultants and Outcomes Architects primarily in Japan.

You'll manage the sourcing process from inception through successful close, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers at every step.

Responsibilities include:

- Serving as a strategic advisor and talent sourcing expert

- Conducting initial qualification screenings and casual chats with candidates

- Collaborating with the broader team on process improvements and strategic initiatives

- Leading talent branding initiatives

- Providing talent mapping and market insights

- Making informed data-driven decisions

- Finding creative and unconventional ways to build a diverse top-of-funnel

- Building and managing partnerships to bring more underrepresented talent to Notion

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment

- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English

- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

- Kind, warm, and thoughtful demeanor
