## Description

We offer an internship opportunity at our Servicedesk in Maastricht, primarily serving the large business market. As an intern, you will work on internal projects and support our project managers in improving processes. You will contribute to projects that elevate our service level. Your tasks include analyzing workflows, setting up reports, and thinking of smart solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Contributing to internal improvement projects and process optimizations.

- Supporting project management activities such as planning and progress monitoring.

- Creating documentation and reports.

- Thinking of innovative solutions and automation possibilities.

- Actively learning about IT service processes and project management.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a HBO education, preferably in ICT, Business Administration, or Project Management.

- Analytical, structured, and able to collaborate well.

- Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and willing to learn new tools.

- Proficient in Dutch, both orally and in writing.

- Available for at least 20 weeks, 32-40 hours per week.

- Available starting February 2027.
