## Description

We are seeking an experienced Velocity Maintenance Lead to join our VeLOCITY Line Structure Team at our Kruiningen site. As part of this programme, we aim to improve and maintain our production systems and develop the knowledge and skills of our colleagues. The role will involve working closely with the production and technical teams to identify and implement improvements to our processes and systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and experience working in a production environment. They will be responsible for ensuring the 24-hour performance of the production line in terms of safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and cost. They will also contribute to the setup, implementation, and further development of VeLOCITY processes and tools, such as Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Defect Handling, and Breakdown Elimination.

The role will involve spending 80% of their working time on the shop floor developing the production teams. They will design, implement, and maintain systems to collect and analyse process data. They will also develop and improve preventative maintenance processes for the assigned line.

As a key member of the VeLOCITY Line Structure Team, they will lead the Unified Problem Solving process and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring equipment failures.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of MBO+ level education or equivalent work experience. They will have experience working in a maintenance department in a production environment and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

They will be flexible, able to handle a dynamic and changing environment, and have the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve the best results. They will be energetic, driven, and always looking for opportunities to improve.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
