## Description

We're hiring an Executive Business Partner to provide support and collaboration to the VP of Product and VP of Engineering. As part of a dynamic EBP Team, you will be responsible for managing complex calendaring and events, creating confidential presentations and correspondence, gaining knowledge of team and overall Twitch business, and serving as a strategic partner to the executive and their extended team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing attendees, agenda, and logistics of all recurring meetings and departmental events

- Developing processes to improve Rhythm of Business, managing its implementation across the organization

- Managing logistics and strategic coordination of our operational planning

- Sitting in on executive meetings, capturing notes and key decisions

- Being a Twitch culture ambassador, creating swag, recognition around employee milestones, and team building events

Requirements include:

- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a C-level executive

- Proficiency with Google Suite & Microsoft Office, Slack, Expense & Travel Software

- History of coordinating travel & events within company travel & expense policy

- Strong problem solving abilities

- Strong communication skills
