## Description

We are seeking a Payroll Support Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to customers who use the Payroll modules of the Domínio system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional support by phone, ensuring clear, empathetic, and efficient service.

- Answer questions and guide customers with confidence and accuracy, promoting a positive experience.

- Focus on problem resolution and the continuous improvement of the services provided.

- Understand the customer journey and guide customers according to their specific needs.

- Coordinate requests for adjustments and corrections with the Product teams.

- Champion Thomson Reuters values and behaviors in daily activities.

- Stay up to date on the solutions offered and current payroll legislation.

Required Qualifications:

- Must reside in the Greater Curitiba area.

- Completed or ongoing higher education in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Experience in customer service.

- Ability to work toward targets with a results-oriented mindset.

- Adaptability to structured processes and well-organized routines.

- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Payroll.

- Previous experience with the Domínio solution.
