## Description

The Head of People Partnering, Philippines leads the People strategy for one of LSEG's largest Global Capability Centre (GCC) locations, ensuring alignment between global priorities and the local colleague experience.

The role also carries a global remit, shaping GCC transformation by advising on people strategy, leadership, and best practices across all LSEG GCC locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Define and lead the People strategy for the Philippines, ensuring alignment with global People priorities and business needs.

- Build and lead a high-performing CPP team, setting clear direction and capability development priorities.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions through insight, context, and challenge.

- Advise GCC Operations leadership and project teams globally on people implications of design choices.

- Recommend leadership and workforce themes focused on capability (not just headcount) for all LSEG GCCs.

- Identify and share guidelines from large-scale GCC environments across local markets.

- Partner with global and local teams to drive people-led opportunities that support speed, quality, and scale in GCC transformation.

- Act as a key voice in shaping the future operating model and talent strategy for LSEG's global GCC network.
