## Description

We are looking for a Junior Regional Marketing Manager to support our Field Marketing team in establishing a regional face for the brand in a relevant way to consumers, aligned with global and national strategies and priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically managing and developing relevant playgrounds in the West region, focusing on Ostwestfalen and Münsterland. They will work with attention to detail to ensure high-quality implementation of 3rd party events, activations, and Red Bull projects within target groups.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strategic management and development of relevant playgrounds in the region

- Qualitative implementation of events, activations, and projects

- Proactive approach to ensure positive consumer experiences with the brand

- Regular reporting and analysis of projects

- Budget management and cost-saving identification

- Collaboration with various teams and partners

- Student Marketeer program management in the region

- Support for senior Field Marketing Manager in business planning and project implementation

Requirements:

- Completed university degree

- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

- Experience in marketing and/or practical experience in related fields

- Strong communication and networking skills

- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Digital native with knowledge of social media and online trends

- Flexibility for travel (40-50%)
