## Description

We are seeking a Weekend Cleaning Operative to provide on-site cleaning support for our client in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

As a Weekend Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of service and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the correct cleaning methods are used at all times

- Keep equipment clean and in good working order, reporting any defects to Supervisor/Manager immediately

- Comply with Time & Attendance system on site

- Maintain a professional approach to Clients, Colleagues, and Members of the Public

- Be flexible in your work and complete assigned duties

- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times

Personal Development:

- Attend training programmes as requested

- Take on new skills to enhance the company's profile and service offering

Personal Impact:

- Wear full uniform and ID badges at all times

- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance

- Arrive on time for your shift

Quality Management and Health and Safety:

- Comply with and promote Health & Safety at work

- Wear PPE where applicable

- Report accidents, incidents, and near misses to Line Manager immediately

Other:

- Support the growth of the business by up-selling and cross-selling to customers

- Support customer initiatives that could lead to longer-term benefits
