### About the Team

The Professional Services organization at Miro is home to industry leads, responsible for building specialized businesses inside specific verticals. As GTM Lead of Manufacturing, you'll report directly to the Head of Professional Services while working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to build one of Miro's newest vertical businesses from the ground up.

### About the Role

Your job is to build specialized solutions and advanced workflows that solve the biggest challenges of manufacturers, turning that footprint into a defined, purpose-built manufacturing business.

### Responsibilities

- Own the development of Miro's dedicated manufacturing solutions: build specialized workflows and applications that turn the existing manufacturing footprint into a defined business, then own the continued scaling as it grows.

- Identify use cases where Miro can win in manufacturing, and translate them into a product and sales story that manufacturers immediately recognize as their own problem.

- Identify target accounts, map the champion and buying committee, and personally carry the earliest deals across the line. Partner with the GTM organization to align them towards the industry.

- Partner directly with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap decisions based on knowledge of manufacturing organizations.

- Represent Miro for Manufacturing externally: on stage at industry events, in front of VP of Operations buyers, and inside the analyst and consultancy ecosystem.

- Build the team and operating rhythm this vertical needs as it scales past its first customers.

### Requirements

#### Non-Negotiable Requirements

- 10+ years of combined experience across manufacturing operations and consulting, including at least 3–4 years at the Engagement Manager / Associate Partner level.

- Manufacturing operator experience in a role like project/program management, engineering, or operations.

- Manufacturing-consulting bilingualism: credible in plant-floor conversations and boardroom discussions about ROI and deal structuring.

- Seniority to match the room , independently owned relationships with VPs and above.

#### Strongly Preferred

- Hands-on experience with prototyping solutions directly in Miro, using tools like Miro Flows.

- Enterprise sales execution , carried deals across the line from first conversation to signature.

- Presence in the rooms that shape how manufacturers buy , comfortable on stage at industry events and credible inside the analyst and consultancy ecosystem.

- Builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders.

- Biased to action: prototypes and tests ideas rather than waiting for a fully-formed plan.
