## Description

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Cromwell Hospital in West London.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive, patient-focused, and responsive Outpatient Pharmacy service, delivering clear, evidence-based medicines information to healthcare professionals and patients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing a first-class pharmacy service

- Ensuring patients receive their medication in a timely, professional, and efficient manner

- Communicating effectively with all levels of clinical and healthcare staff

- Abiding by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standards of conduct, ethics, and performance

- Ensuring the Outpatient Clinical Pharmacy service is patient-focused, responsive, and appropriate

Requirements:

- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

- Experience of leading teams and managing a pharmacy as a Responsible Pharmacist

- Excellent team working and communication skills

- Flexibility to work variable shifts between 08:30-20:00, weekends, and evenings
