## Description

We are seeking a Bank Porter to support the maintenance of Spire Murrayfield Hospital in Edinburgh. As a Bank Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital.

**Job Details:**

- Shifts are between 6am and 9pm, including Saturdays

- This position is not patient-facing and predominantly covers logistics

- Competitive hourly rate

**Responsibilities:**

- Collect and deliver clean and dirty linen

- Manage the safe collection and disposal of waste, both domestic and clinical, in line with hospital policies

- Assist with general security of the hospital and report any security issues to the Senior Management team

- Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance department via Pirana

- Undertake driving duties as required

**Requirements:**

- Clean driving licence essential

- Good communication and organisational skills

- Excellent customer care skills

- Ability to work without supervision

- Caring and sympathetic

- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
