## Description

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our Electric Market Division at 3M Italy's Marcallo con Casone site.

As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by:

- Ensuring respect for safety, quality, order, and cleanliness standards within the production area

- Coordinating shift operations, ensuring production plans, priorities, and deadlines are met

- Supervising assigned production personnel, organizing daily activities, and monitoring work progress

- Monitoring machinery, lines, and plants, promptly reporting any anomalies or faults

- Collaborating with other site teams, such as Quality, Process Engineers, Safety, Planning, and others

- Verifying that activities are carried out according to procedures

- Managing shift handovers, ensuring clear and complete communication

- Supporting training and mentoring of operators

- Fostering a collaborative and effective communication climate among shift personnel

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in operational management of resources in a production environment

- Good knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental procedures applicable in manufacturing contexts

- Emergency situation management

- Orientation towards respecting quality, safety, productivity, and operational continuity standards

- Attitude towards operational leadership, priority management, and problem-solving

Additional skills that could help you succeed in this role include:

- Knowledge of SAP management program

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

- Work Location: 3M Italy, Marcallo con Casone site, Electric Market Division

- Work Model: Shifts (6-14/14-22)

- The position is classified under level C of the CCNL for the Rubber, Electrical Cables, and Plastics Industry

- The gross annual salary for the role ranges from €34,000 to €37,000. The final salary will be agreed upon based on the organizational context, CCNL, and objective criteria such as professional qualification, experience, skills, and responsibility level.
