We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Associate to join our Income Tax Operations team. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience preparing US federal and state corporate income tax returns, strong analytical skills and a desire to learn. This role will support both US and US international tax compliance, as well as tax provision analyses. Experience with ASC740 tax provision is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review US federal and state corporate income tax return workpapers, including U.S. international tax calculations such as NCTI, Subpart F, FDDEI, BEAT, FTC, and E&P.

- Assist with quarterly and annual estimated tax and tax provision calculations and analyses, and participate in special projects.

- Provide tax controversy support, including collaborating with business partners to gather supporting documentation, prepare analysis, and respond to tax authorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 3+ years of US corporate income tax compliance and reporting experience in Big 4 and/or U.S. multinational corporate tax department, with strong understanding of US federal and state tax concepts.

- Some knowledge of U.S. international tax concepts including NCTI, Subpart F, FDDEI, BEAT, and FTC.

- Experience with ASC740 tax provision calculations and reporting is highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical, organization, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in tax software (OTP), Excel, AI, and data management tools (PBI, MS List).
