The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team and plays a crucial role in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage store teams to achieve sales and customer service goals

- Supervise and direct store crew activities

- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency

- Manage inventory, financials, and employee training and development

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints

**Requirements:**

- Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills

- Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills

- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor

**Education:**

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Salary Range:** $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
