## Description

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team in Mannheim, Germany. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for handling various legal matters, primarily in civil and commercial law. Your tasks will include drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating contracts from different legal areas, developing legally secure templates, and standardizing processes. You will also support the planning and implementation of internal projects and optimize existing procedures. Additionally, you will design and conduct training sessions, particularly on topics related to civil and commercial law. You will coordinate legal matters with other departments and work professionally with external law firms.

The ideal candidate should have a law degree and two above-average law exams. Ideally, you should bring several years of experience in a globally operating company or an internationally oriented law firm, preferably in civil and commercial law. You should combine economic understanding with strong negotiation skills and analytical strength. A self-motivated, engaged, and solution-oriented working style is essential. You should be able to prepare complex legal topics in a user-friendly manner and communicate them clearly and understandably. Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking is required.
