As the Deputy Director of Operational Intelligence Services and Platform Management, you will lead the operational digital application and platform team to build operational experience, risk control, and other intelligent products.

## Responsibilities:

- Demand management: oversee the continuous optimisation of core systems, service portal upgrades, and related operational digital platforms

- Intelligent product development: design product functions for operational experience, risk control, and other types of intelligent applications from a user perspective

- Data services: use digital means, data modelling, and data analysis to fully understand operational business needs

- Intelligent operations: achieve platform-based management and application of data, knowledge, and AI capabilities in the operations line

- BAU and project support: lead daily BAU and SI projects related to data, knowledge, and AI capabilities

- Institutional support: maintain close communication with branch institutions to understand their needs for data, reports, and digital tools

- Other tasks assigned by leaders

- Mentoring and cultivating team members

## Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher from a key university, IT-related major, with good English communication skills

- Experience in insurance intelligent application product design, data construction, data modelling, and data analysis

- 8+ years of relevant work experience, 3+ years of team management experience

- Experience in large-scale operational system intelligence planning and implementation is preferred

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Teamwork spirit, strong self-motivation, and certain pressure resistance
