## Description

We are currently seeking Experienced CRAs to lead and support our Full Service Outsourcing team supporting various sponsors. Oncology or Ophthalmology experience is desired, and we are looking for candidates on the East and West Coast of Canada. French Speaking candidates are also desired. As a CRA, you will conduct 8-10 DOS per month, with potential travel across Canada.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and support the Full Service Outsourcing team in monitoring clinical trials

- Conduct routine monitoring and close-out of clinical sites

- Maintain study files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Liaise with vendors and study site staff

- Ensure the protection of study patients and data integrity

- Perform CRF review, query generation, and resolution

- Assist with training of new employees and coordinate designated clinical projects

**Requirements:**

- University or college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession

- 1-3+ years of Clinical Monitoring experience

- Oncology or ophthalmology experience is desired

- Open to various hub locations in Canada

- French Speaking preferred

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to sit for extended periods and operate a vehicle safely

- Repetitive hand movement and ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements

- Occasional crouching, stooping, and lifting of 15-20 lbs
